I really like the improvement in energy I realize when using yerba mate powder. I blend it with either cold or hot water. I have no side effects when using yerba mate.

In the winter, I love yerba mate as a hot tea. In the summer, it is more refreshing to have yerba mate as an iced tea, perhaps sweetened with a juice. I also have enjoyed mixing yerba mate with almond milk, soya milk or rice milk. It is a terrific drink which can be prepared in a number of different ways, it tastes great and it is good for you. And with the caffeine content, it will give you energy!
