Description
A Noah's Ark memory game
Object:
To be the first player to make matching pairs of all their animals and post them safely in the ark.
To Play:- Place the ark in the centre of the playing area
- Keep the Rain Cloud cards separate from the rest of the cards. Make pairs of all the animal cards and divide them into two identical piles (each pile containing one of each animal)
- One set of cards, together with both of the Rain Cloud cards are spread face down on the table
- The other set of cards are dealt equally between all of the players. The cards are then placed face upwards in front of each player
- The youngest player begins by turning over any card from the centre of the table and looking to see if it matches any of the animals in front of them. If the player can make a match, the pair of cards are posted into the ark and play moves on to the next player
- If the card turned over does not match, the card is turned face downwards again in the same position and play moves on to the next player
- Play continues until one player has matched up all of their animals and posted them into the ark. The player must then try to find a Rain Cloud card and post this in the ark, to make the ark "sail away" and win the game
