As part of the elite Dual Tool Team, Billy Blazes uses his special tools to lead the way on daring and dangerous rescues. Wielding his rescue ax, Billy chops down doors and knocks out windows to reach trapped fire victims. Then, he uses his high-powered water blaster to put out the fire so he can carry survivors to safety.
