The coolest Transformers Toy ever 
This is quite simply the coolest Transformers toy ever made. Cooler than Unicron. Cooler than Fortress Maximus. Cooler even than the Original Optimus Prime... well except for the trailer. This is definitely the one Transformer all collectors must have. Features multiple points of articulation, light up matrix chamber, several weapons (including Megatron in gun mode!), and probably the coolest feature of all is a button on the back of his head that makes his faceplate move like he's talking. Very nice collectors toy. Not recommended for younger children as there are a few small parts and Transforming this one is fairly complicated.

Best Optimus Ever
This figure, I can hardly call it a toy, is as much a toy as a statue. It is so incredibly detailed and exact, it seems to have jumped right out of the original cartoon. A must have for all Transformers fans. Highly recommended.

If you've watched the original Transformers-series as a child and used to play with the first generation Transformer-toys (the real stuff with metal parts in it!), then it doesn't matter how old you are right now, cause you'll really love this 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime. Okay, so friends will call it a toy and it isn't cheap (toys never are), but it's worth every cent! I had it delivered to The Netherlands and gladly paid the shipping fares just to keep this piece of childhood nostagia in my hands. Just as the Creation Matrix inside Optimus' chest my heart lit up seeing the detail on the Autobot leader. And it's not just the detail. I'd almost go so far as to say that this 'toy' is made with such enormous attention, love if you will, that it almost feels alive. Like it could command you to 'transform and roll out' any second. And it's that qualification that makes it (at least according to me) a real piece of art.

AWESOME
This must be the ULTIMATE transformer! In the same mood as the bandai's 'Soul of Chogokin', everything on this toy has been thought for both child and adult fans. Tons of details -check the articulations- fine metals parts. The toy itself is heavy and huge. Impressive!!!!

Almost there 
When I first got to see this the first time, I was really impressed.
What's really nice, is that it looks just like the OP in cartoons in both modes. It's really heavy, has many details and all. Its car mode isn't perfect, but that's not important, it's going to be in robot mode on the self anyway.
What's really silly, that the smokestacks have been cut. The pictures in all places that sell OP have long smokestacks, but that's the real japanese version (AKA masterpiece convoy). American version has blackened spots, which make OP look uglier, because they weren't made right. The proper japanese version does not have these drawbacks and you can make the trailer from it's box.
The pic you see on this page, is neither, cause the american OP does not have that long smokestacks, and battle damage is much harder to see.

20th Anniversary Edition Optimus Prime
This is my first experience with Zooscape. I would like to report my package came from your location in Canada to California in one piece. I am very pleased with what I ordered. My inquiries to status of my order was answered promptly and with complete informatiion via email. Messages were courteous and sent with care. My only comment is on packaging: Optimus Prime box was a too big for the box it was sent in. Although the package was cushioned on the top, it was a bit pushed in. It is not enough to be upset about, just a suggestiion to make sure the box really fits the item you are sending. Trusting that our US mail handlers will not do their best to mangle the packages is hoping for a miracle. Other than that, I am very pleased with your company and especially with the follow-up messages. I plan on being a repeat customer.
