This cuddly musical sphere takes Neurosmith's Jumbo line to the next level by building on the shape and color learning featured in the award-winning, best-selling Jumbo Music Block. Jumbo Music Ball uses shapes, colors, interactive games, and inspiring classical music to help young children learn letters and numbers.
Jumbo Music Ball asks the questions and children turn, roll, and spin the sphere searching for answers. Four levels of play increase in difficulty so Jumbo Music Ball grows with each child. Secret surprises, helpful hints, and encouraging rewards make learning the basics fun!
Jumbo Music Ball helps children learn shapes, colors, letters, and numbers. Fun instructions help children learn to follow directions and hone attention skills. Jumbo Music Ball features a kinesthetic play pattern, where children must physically manipulate the toy to activate a response. This tactile reinforcement helps cement shape, color, letter, and number learning. Physical manipulation of the sphere and shape flaps also develops both gross and fine motor skills.
This interactive learning toy teaches children their letters, colors, and shapes by sending them searching among the plush and colorful ball's six sides for the requested object. Each side features a different colored shape embroidered with several letters. Three skill levels determine what type of object the ball will quiz children to find. Enjoyable classical music plays while children search for the correct answer, and 200 different questions and encouraging hints and rewards keep them interested. Children must turn the side with the correct answer so that it faces the ceiling, which develops their ability to follow directions.
Based on the Jumbo Music Block, one of 2001's hottest award-winning educational toys, the Jumbo Music Ball is garnering just as many accolades. Among them are the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Platinum Toy Award, Parents Magazine Best Toys of the Year, and Family Fun Magazine's Toy of the Year Finalist.
