Product Notes
Tavern puzzles are reproductions of a type of puzzle traditionally forged by blacksmiths to amuse their friends at country taverns and inns. This collection incorporates traditional designs, as well as original works. All the puzzles are handcrafted and individually assembled. Each puzzle is mechanical in nature; the object is to remove one piece. Neither force nor tricks are needed; old-fashioned problem solving will do it.
Each puzzle is packaged in a cloth bag, and includes a description sheet that lists all designs and the object of each one.
A Tavern Puzzle makes a unique gift for anyone and is particularly suitable as a man's gift. A wood or forged stand is also available at a reasonable cost. A puzzle with stand becomes a gift, which will be kept on display.
