Features
A design by a former R/C yacht racing champion reproduces the profile of full-size round-the-word contenders for R/C - and gives this compact performer competitive power usually found only in larger vessels. Hull and deck are factory-joined and molded of tough, gleaming white ABS, which reduces assembly time and eliminates any finishing beyond decal application. Stabilizing bow cover glues on in minutes - decals, twin wheels, pulpit and other details quickly add authentic looks to the Sea Dolphin 770's sleek appearance. The aluminum mast, deepwater rudder and pre-ballasted bulb keel can be installed in minutes - all are removable for easy transportation and home storage. Light, tough, spun cloth main and jib sails present over 360 square inches of surface area to the wind - reinforced corners prevent wrinkling at full sail, ensuring that every last bit of wind can be turned into speed! Sails are attached to the booms and mast with metal rings, which keeps them aligned dead-on to the wind for maximum speed and more wins! The Sea Dolphin 770's lightweight mast rests on the most solid foundation on the ship: the very bottom of the hull. Two spreaders provide mast-stiffening strength and lower the Sea Dolphin's center of gravity, resulting in less tendency to heel hard over during turns or shifts in wind direction or speed.
