Features
The V-hull is engineered for minimal water resistance, and is made of vacu-formed ABS plastic -- so lightweight, it can be made thicker than conventional hulls for more durability, while still keeping the overall weight up to 200 grams lighter than other racing boats. The upper and lower hulls are pre-joined at the factory to reduce assembly time. Radio gear is protected from the elements inside a waterproof compartment. The closed cabin and stylish wing add to the Blue Streak's realistic offshore racing boat appearance. The prop shaft rests inside a Teflon-coated tube for more efficient operation; the Inboard/ Outdrive system pivots the prop and rudder together for greater stability in the turns. The sophisticated Water Jacket on the EP version's installed 550 motor keeps it running cool, even at top speeds; speed is controlled by an efficient on/off switch. The GP version features a powerful GT16S-MR engine with Recoil Starter and its own factory-installed Water Cooling System; cruising time is increased by the large-capacity 270cc fuel tank.

Bluesteak EP 800 
Hi there, i've owned a Bluestreak for a while now and i have to say that the kyosho boys know there stuff. The boat is very stable indeed when cornering and never fails to turn heads. The water cooling works efficiently and the turning, if a little slugish at times is very precise and trims very nicely. It accelerates very well and runs particularly well at low speeds as well; sitting high out of the water when cruising and planing nicely at full speed. The only problem i find is that on smooth water, and at full speed, the boat has a nasty tendancy for its nose to bounce up and down quite rigorously causing the boat to lose out in top end speed, but, it gives the boat a human flaw which i have to say i rather like. Other than that, fab. I don't plan on changing it for a long time to come!
