French Scrabble
The product was complete, came in good time. I was a little worried because I had not dealt with this company before and because someone from the company called me two days later to confirm my order, saying that they did this with first time customers. When they asked what I had ordered, I simply said I was uncomfortable with giving information over the phone and that I wanted them to tell me the information and I would confirm it if it made sense to me. The person was very polite and that is how we did it. So, it was a good experience for me and I will use this company again, I am sure.
