This German fighter, built for easy maneuverability, was a terror in the skies during World War I. While commanding this triplane, the infamous "Red Baron" (a.k.a., Manfred von Richtofen) brought down 84 planes -- 21 during April 1917 alone. Painting his plane blood-red from cowl to tail, he defied the Allied powers, shooting down the best aces they sent his way. Now your son can build the plane flown by the "Ace of Aces."
The completed model is 16 inches (40cm) high and 19 inches wide (48cm).
