Was well packaged, but the nose of the figure was pointed to where it damaged the plastic front. However the rest of the box was in great shape. Just adding to my collection and found the price on zooscape the best. As a matter of fact I placed an order on another .com, but cancelled it 30 seconds after I'd placed it because I found this figure on zooscape much better priced!! Best customer service I've seen in a LONG time too. Thanks!
