i am very pleased not only with the product i recieved (two love pet teddies) but i am impressed with the customer service. when there was a concern with the colors of the product i ordered a rep called to inform me of the shortage and to see if a replacement color could be sent. also through email you kept me informed as to where the order was. it arrived on time and in perfect condition. my three year old loves his teddies.
