Description
The latest 911 is a new car from the wheels up, but it remains unmistakably a 911 both in terms of appearance and of engineering.
For the first time, it's powered by a completely new designed water-cooled engine, a rear mounted flat six with 4 valve heads. Nevertheless it preserves the unique Porsche sound, known throughout many generations of 911s.
The 911 can be equipped either with the six-speed manual gearbox or the five-speed semi-automatic "Tiptronic".
The design of the new 911 has been adapted to achieve an extraordinary drag coefficient of 0,3 without compromising the aesthetics.
