Isabelle Hyman, a specialist in the history of architecture and in Renaissance art and architecture, is Professor of Fine Arts at New York University, College of Arts and Sciences. She is the author of several books, including Abrams' Marcel Breuer, Architect, and of many scholarly articles and reviews. Both authors have received numerous awards, including in each case the prestigious Guggenheim and I Tatti Fellowships. Both authors live in New York City.
