Quotations

"There are many methods for predicting the future. For example, you can read horoscopes, tea leaves, tarot cards, or crystal balls. Collectively, these methods are known as 'nutty methods.' Or you can put well-researched facts into sophisticated computer models, more commonly referred to as 'a complete waste of time.'"

The Dilbert Future

 Accreditation
Jane Eldershaw studied calligraphy as part of her graphic design curriculum at Randwick College in Sydney, Australia, and studied typography in London, England. She has had more than 25 years' experience as a graphic designer and often uses her own lettering in designs for postcards and brochures. She also has done calligraphic lettering for New Woman Magazine and The New York Post. Her book, Mood Food: Brighten, Heal, and Elevate Your State of Mind, will be published by Sourcebooks in spring of 2001. You can find Jane Eldershaw's Web site at (SCG). SCG grew from an initial investment of $100 (used for incorporating) to an organization of more than 200 employees, twice named to Inc. magazine's list of the 500 fastest-growing companies in the United States. At SCG, they honed their ideals— create win-wins for your stakeholders, fix broken relationships, and invest in new ones— and created a client list that reads like the Fortune 500. Richardson holds an MBA from the University of Miami. Vidaurreta holds an MBA from the University of Florida.

Tom Gorman is a business book author based in Newton, Massachusetts. He has written or collaborated on more than 15 business books, and his articles have appeared in Business Marketing Magazine and The New York Sunday Times. He holds an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.
