Honestly ,this is probably the worst flat iron I have ever had. It doesn't get hot enough to flatten . I can't do anything with my hair with this product. My hair has never been more frizzy . I am sorry I ever purchased this flat iron.
[Editor: Please contact the manuacturer as indicated on your warranty documents - or even contact the phone number on the side of your box - it sounds like your iron is simply not operating as it should. The manufacturer will quickly replace your defective iron with a new, working iron.]
