I didn't like it... 
You can tell a man designed this. No woman would ever design a product with this much demand in such a shoddy fashion. It doesn't even really heat the stones, it just warms them up. You can hold them in your hands and get them warmer. The cover keeps falling off the thing...it's not worth the price, whatever you pay for it. Someone needs to go back to the drawing board. I tossed the stones into a pot of boiling water and was very careful with them, as any thinking person would be, and THEN the stones worked great. -Deb
