Surgi-Bleach™ comes complete with bleaching cream, powder activator, mixing tray, spatula, and an easy-to-follow instruction sheet.
Bleaching Cream (99 g / 3.5 oz): Water (Aqua), Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, PEG-20 Stearate, Stearic Acid, Methylparaben, Phosphoric Acid.
