Directions
Shampoo: Wet hair. Apply shampoo and work into a rich lather. Scrub entire scalp thoroughly and rinse with warm/hot water. Repeat Use daily as required.
Conditioner:After shampooing apply this moisturizing conditioner onto hair and massage in thoroughly. Allow conditioner to permeate the hair for 1-2 minutes and rinse with warm/hot water. Style as usual.
I have ordered F.A.S.T. shampoo and conditioner before, but I find this website to have the best service and price. The product itself is amazing. My hair does not grow fast, but in the past 3 months it has grown more then it does in 1 year. I have tried everything and finally I found the product I like and that actually works.

I started using F.A.S.T. just over two weeks ago. I received my order quick. My hair has been growing faster too. I streaked my hair just before I started using the shampoo and conditioner so I can see how much it's grown. It's grown almost 1/2 an inch since I started. I'm also taking msm and a herbal supplement as well as a multi vitamin so that may have helped. This product was recommened by someone on the longhairlovers web site and others there have had good results too. Zooscape has the cheapest price. F.A.S.T. is worth buying!

FAST Shampoo & Conditioner
I'm the one Chandni mentioned having recommended these products on LongHairLovers. During my first month of using FAST shampoo and conditioner my hair grew a whole inch. My hair typically had grown 1/4 inch or less per month.
The second month of use, my hair grew between 3/4" and a whole inch, but to be modest we said closer to the 3/4" mark.

F.A.S.T. Shampoo and Conditioner
Well i'm not really sure about this product.
I got it off another site and i think i've been using it for about 2 - 3 weeks. Other people have said my hair looks different everyday, my hair is currently blonde but my natural hair color is black, so as my hair grows it'll look darker, and they all say it either looks darker or longer. So i'm guessing it's grown but i haven't measured anything so i'm not entirely sure. But it makes my hair feel SO soft! My hair was SO damamged from bleaching i got it cut short, which was a mistake and why i had to use this stuff! But even if you just want healthier hair this stuff wil even do that! I'm going to leave it a bit longer to see is this stuff will work better as i keep using it.

OMG this stuff is revolutionary
wow. I just got this product about 2 months ago. Usually, I can't find a shampoo whose fragrance will stay on my hair after drying. But this fabulous fragrance stays on my hair all day. I am ALREADY getting compliments on the length of my hair! My hair usually grows soooooo slow but this product has changed my life! My hair is growing longer than ever!!! I WILL NEVER BUY A SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER OTHER THAN THIS PRODUCT!!!! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUSSSS!!!

I bought my first set of this product back in May. I had those two bottles just up until August. My hair grew about 4-5 inches in those months. This shampoo and conditioner keeps my hair looking the most beautiful that I've ever seen it. I straighten my hair a lot and I have no split ends using FAST. It definitely does make my hair grow faster, over a period of a year my hair grows about 3 inches. I am on my second set of FAST, I order off of amazon.com. But this site seems to have great prices too.
