Directions
1. Wet hair and scalp.
2. Apply shampoo, and work into a rich lather by rubbing thoroughly into both hair and scalp.
3. A thorough rinse is absolutly essential.
4. Perform cleansing at least twice to maximum results.

Nicest in a long time 
This shampoo is one of the nicest I've used in a long time. It is very gentle, and has a very pleasant (but not overpowering) fragrance.
I tend to lose quite a bit of hair in the shower, and have noticed a decrease in the amount of hair loss when using this product.
My mom also really likes it, and she doesn't have a problem with hair loss at all.
