Directions
Apply liberally to hair after swimming, the gym and other in- and outdoor sports activities, Lather and gently massage into scalp with fingertips for a minute or two. Rinse thoroughly. Swim and sports shampoo...awesome
I travel frequently between the states and the middle east. I am in very severe climates. I sweat and am in the sun a lot. I train for triathalons, so I am in the pool and the lake. This is by far the best shampoo I have ever used. I wish I had found in sooner.
