You people are great...
It turned out that the curling iron was not the one my wife wanted but we have decided to keep it because you people were so great in customer service and follow up....The problem is that the curling iron handle is not rotating which makes it different from the one she was used to....BUT...we will not return it since you people are so nice...She will use it from time to time. We finally got Burmax to sell us a single curling iron (which we assume is the correct one) although it took a week or so to get them to deviate from their distribution only marketing program....I had to call the president/founder of the company to arrange it...It hasn't arrived yet but should be there when we get home from our trip to NJ this weekend.....Thank you for your excellent follow up.....
