As this Rosewood is an essential oil, you may use it to make scented candles, if you wish. If you did not want to actually make your own candles, you can always purchase an unscented candle and place a drop or two of oil into the hot melted wax as the candle burns so that the fragrance will be dispersed throughout the room.
Another interesting use for essential oils is for fabulously scented towels, sheets and clothes, place a few drops of your favorite essential oil onto a small piece of terry cloth and toss it into the dryer while drying. Alternately, if you wish to add it to your laundry machine so that it is dispensed during the rinse cycle, add 5 drops of essential oil to 1/4 cup fabric softener or water and place in the center cut of the wash.
Rosewood Essential Oil has a sweet-woody, floral-nutmeg aroma and is gently strengthening and calming. Rose Absolute has a sweet, deep, long-lasting aroma and is the fragrance of a fresh rose. Rose absolute is an economical alternative to rose otto essential oil and is romantic, supportive and gently uplifting.
