Snugli Back Pack Carrier 
I love this product... It's light weight and easy to load/unload your child on your own. We use it primarily in large crowd situations and on hiking trails. I don't know, however if I could carry my son in it at 40lbs... It would definately be too difficult to carry. A must have for mom's on the go!
