Impressive power, quiet operation, and easy portability make this little vac a real find at a decent price. Right from the bottom up, it's a winner. Five smooth casters won't let it tip; the click-on hose can be attached and detached easily with one hand; and the motor unit doesn't sit in any specific position, thereby eliminating all that awkward fumbling it takes to seat it. Two sturdy clips hang onto the motor from the canister. The hose is a generous 10-1/2 feet long, and that doesn't even count the two extension wands. It has 90 inches of static water lift, and Fein lists the airflow at 116 cfm--darned respectable for a unit that's compact, incredibly quiet (at 63 decibels), and comes loaded with accessories. It also has a 16-foot power cord, a nice plus. It's light and easily maneuvered at just under 18 pounds, and--not that this is important in a vac--mighty stylish looking, too. <I>--Kris Jensen-Van Heste</I>
