Excellent Product 
I actually didn't buy this product for razor burn or surface irritation. I thought it would make wearing uncomfortable shoes easier to handle. Well, it does help the balls of my feet not hurt when wearing high heel shoes, along with some ibuprofen. I also used it 20 minutes before I got a tattoo on the top of my foot which made a noticeable difference considering how sensitive the top of the foot is. But low and behold, I dry shaved under my arms before going out and was having horrible pain from razor burn. It didn't take more than 5 minutes for the burning to stop completely and it never came back. So yes, yes, yes this product works miracles for sensitive skin due to razor burn and a few other creative problems.
