The roots and rhizomes of the turmeric plant are ground down into the common form of turmeric powder used as a spice. Curcumin, which gives turmeric its yellow color, is the primary active phytochemical compound of Turmeric. This extracted turmeric has been standardized to ensure a minimum 95% of the product volume contains curcuminoids: curcumin, bisdemethoxycurcumin and demethoxycurcumin. So, 1 gram of this turmeric will contain 950 mg of curcuminoids. This product contains no fillers, pepper extracts, etc.
Directions
Stir 1/4 of a teaspoon into a glass of water and consume 3 times daily, with meals.
