The following recipe is apparently a palatable way to consume brewer's yeast. The nutty flavour of brewer's yeast may complement the buckwheat flavour well. You could use this as a starting point, but find that with a little tweaking, there are a few more creative ways that are better suited to your tastes. Here is the link:
