Stir flakes or powdered yeast into water or juice, or sprinkle it on soups, salads, cereal, and popcorn. For supporting diarrhea, Commission E recommends taking 250-500 milligrams per day. If you're going on a trip and want to help avoid traveler's diarrhea, start taking brewer's yeast five days before departure. The daily dose for chronic acne is 750 milligrams.
