Directions
Adults and children 18 years of age and over - Take one capsule as necessary, at least 3-4 hours apart. Do not exceed 5 capsules in a 24 hour period.
One capsule is equivalent to 2 1/2 cups of coffee.
Cautions
The recommended dosage of this product contains about as much caffeine as 1 or 2 cups of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product. I like the product real well and the service is very good. However I did not realize that the product would come out of Canada which caused me to pay an additional fee on my credit card. I will however probably order again when needed. Hmm...
Hmm the effect was not as expected at all. I knew that these pills were strong compared to other caffeine products, but the effect was completely unexpetced. First the product sets you up a bit, but then I got dizzy, I felt almost as if I had been drinking, and then I got kind a sick. All due to one caffeine pill following the description of the product. [Editor: One capsule of this product is equivalent to 2.5 cups of coffee. Degree of reaction will vary depending upon your weight and prior levels of caffeine consumption. Please note that we also have a 200 mg capsule product for sale which is equivalent to 1 cup of coffee.]
