I have had high cholesterol in the past. I have changed many aspects of my life to combat this. I have a large family and a busy professional life, so I don't have as much time as I might like to do everything I should. Sometimes, you find yourself doing things or not doing things that you know are not great. So, I try to find ways to do as much as I can as efficiently as I can. I know that two supplements that help me with my cholesterol levels are green tea and cactus. One of my time-saving tricks is to mix cactus powder with my green tea so I get a double whammy. Might not taste totally awesome, but then, that's why god created bees: to give us great tasting honey to sweeten up our medicinal teas!
