Sucrase aids in the digestion of sucrose (sugar) by cutting the sucrose molecule into two pieces; fructose and glucose for easier absorption.
Maltase aids in the digestion of maltose (sugar) by cutting the maltose molecule into two pieces; both glucose for easier absorption.
