Directions
Adults: Take one tablet as required with water one half hour before bedtime or as directed by a health care professional.
Do not use this product for more than 9 weeks other than under the advice of a health care professional.

Do not take if operating a motor vehicle or machinery. Do not use this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you are taking any other product that has a sedative effect.
