Black cohosh is typically one of the key herbal components in the bulk of published research concerning the herbal treatment of menopausal symptoms.
The German Commission E has approved the use of black cohosh for treating menopausal symptoms and a 2006 study based out of Germany concluded that black cohosh (in combination with St. John's Wort) was helpful in relieving women's menopausal symptoms and depression. Adults: Take one capsule daily at mealtime up to a maximum of 2 capsules per day or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Do not use if you are pregnant, breast feeding, have breast cancer, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, hormone sensitive conditions such as endometriosis or uterine fibroids and/or if you are taking blood thinners.
