Description
Linden grows in the temperate climates of Europe, Asia, and North America. While referred to as a lime flower, linden is not related to the familiar green lime fruit. It has been used in Europe for centuries and some evidence suggests that linden offers effective support of the immune system. A healthy immune system means that the body has the ability to fight infections. Studies also suggest that linden may be effective as a bodily aid in maintaining healthy digestion.
