Numerous research studies have shown that supplementation with omega 3 fatty acids helps to reduce blood pressure among hypertensives. Swiss Natural Sources's Enteric Coated Omega 3 Fatty Acid capsules are sourced from a blend of Anchovy, Sardine and Mackerel oils.
