Adults and children over the age of twelve, pour one cup of fresh boiling water over Tea Bag. Steep 4 to 6 minutes. Drink one cup preferably at bedtime. Children six to under twelve, drink 1/2 cup. Children under two, consult a doctor. |  | Cautions
