Directions
Adults and children over the age of twelve, pour one cup of fresh boiling water over Tea Bag. Steep 4 to 6 minutes. Drink one cup preferably at bedtime. Children six to under twelve, drink 1/2 cup. Children under two, consult a doctor.

Cautions
Warnings: Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of two weeks, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult your doctor. Keep this and all medicines out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.
