I HAVE TAKE OTHER SLEEPING PILLS BEFORE ON RECEPT BUT DONT LIKE IT.
THESE PILLS MELATONIN, IS SO GREAT. YOU DONT BE TIRED THE DAY AFTER, BUT YOU SLEEP SO GOOD. I DONT SLEEP SO GOOD IN MENY YEARS.

A good nights sleep.
For me, Melatonin, is a big success, for many many years I have had problems with sleeping, now I take one capsule at bedtime and have a good nights sleep. I wake up and have more energy when I go to work. Its simply the best.
