Description
Equifem-Mood is specially formulated to improve general well-being and mood. Reduces symptoms associated with menopause and premenstrual syndrome (PMS) such as nervousness and irritability.
Equifem-Mood is mainly a symptom-oriented product; therefore it does not require a cumulative effect for efficacy. It is meant to soothe mood distress within 20 minutes to 2 hours of intake. However, its preventive effect on mood, nervousness and irritability can be noted within 7-10 days of continuous use, depending on the woman.

Directions
Adults: Generally, 2 capsules per day with meals, one in the morning and one in the evening. Increase to 3 capsules per day if necessary or as recommended by a health care professional. Best taken with food and not on an empty stomach.
PMS: For optimal efficacy, it should be taken approximately 1 week prior to the premenstrual syndrome period and then as needed afterwards.
Psychological symptoms of menopause: For preventive measures, it may be taken in cycles of a few weeks (2-3 weeks). The duration of the cycles may vary from one woman to another, depending on the time needed for symptoms to subside. Its fast action allows it to be taken only as needed afterwards.
Physical symptoms of menopause: In order to alleviate vasomotor symptoms, efficacy may take 4 to 12 weeks of continuous use. An occasional pause of 1 month every 4 to 6 months is recommended.
Equifem-Mood contains no colouring agents, is GMO free (free of Genetically Modified Organisms) and completely vegetarian.
