Directions
Adults: Generally, 2 capsules per day with meals, one in the morning and one in the evening, for a minimum of 2 months or as recommended by a health care professional.

Ingredients
Medicinal Ingredients: pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate) 100 mg, nettle (Urtica dioica) leaf powder 30 mg, zinc (citrate) 25 mg, biotin 250 mcg.
Non-medicinal Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose 67 mg, potato starch 40 mg, vegetable magnesium stearate 3 mg, vegetable capsule shell.
Capivit contains no colouring agents, is GMO free (free of Genetically Modified Organisms) and completely vegetarian.

Cautions
Side Effects: To date, no serious adverse effects of short or long-term consumption of the ingredients contained in Capivit have been reported. However, if any should occur, consult your health care professional. Symptoms will subside by reducing the daily dosage or discontinuing use of the product.
Interaction with other medications: If you are taking prescription medication, consult your health care professional for possible interactions before taking Capivit.
Due to potential interactions, it may be advisable to separate the intake of Capivit with the following substances by at least 2 hours: coffee, certain supplements and antibiotics.
