I have Pancreatic insufficiency due to an operation that removed part of my stomach and Pancreas. I have been taking Pancreatin 8X, 900 mg for ten years (Vitaline Formulas). I continue to have fats in my stools and severe steatorrhea at times. I can improve these conditons by supplementing my dosage of pancreatin with Metamucil. I have been taking two tablets of pancreatin duing each meal. Can you recommend another another Enzyme manufacture or product that would improve my medical condition?

Because of the fact that you have had part of your stomach removed, and you have no pancreas, your digestion and nutrient/fat absorption have obviously been severely challenged. You are undoubtedly on a specialized diet and perhaps medication as well. A qualified healthcare practitioner would need to evaluate your condition and monitor it closely so that conditions such as bleeding, iron defficiency, or any bone or nerve damage may be averted. Any new supplements added to your diet would need to be approved, and any potential drug interactions or complications would have to be foreseen.
