Directions
Hot Herbal Tea: Use one tea bag for each cup. Add boiling water and brew 3 to 5 minutes.
Iced Herbal Tea: Use five tea bags per quart of water. Pour half of the required quantity of hot water on the tea bags. Brew 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and complete the herbal tea with the remaining amount of cold water. Refrigerate.
