You just have to take a glass of cold water (4 to 6 oz / 120 to 180 ml, for maximum flavor) and drop a LiFizz tablet in it. It will dissolve right before your eyes and leave you with a refreshing, fruity drink with the benefit of vitamins.
You can also try it with other beverages, like iced tea, but LiFizz is not recommended with thicker beverages such as orange juice, as the thickness of these beverages will slow down the dissolving process.
