Check that the tube seal is not broken before first use. Pierce tube seal with paint in top of cap before first use. Massage gently into the affected area as required.

Other Ingredients: White soft parrafin, Water, Honey, Propyl hydroxybenzoate, Methyl hydroxybenzoate, Cetearyl alcohol peg-20 stearate.
