Internal cleansing is considered to be the cornerstone of good health by many natural health care practitioners. Pollutants from the environment - found in the air, water and foods that we eat - as well as waste produced from normal bodily processes, can tend to accumulate within the body and lead to a state of congestion. To help maintain a healthy balance of assimilation and elimination, the Wild Rose Herbal D-Tox Program is uniquely designed to enhance all aspects of metabolism.
Wild Rose Biliherb formula gently promotes bile production by the liver, supporting digestion and enhancing the elimination of toxins. Laxaherb, Cleansaherb and CL Herbal Extract additionally support the cleansing and elimination of wastes from the system.

Cautions
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing, have inflammatory bowel disease (such as Chrons's disease or ulcerative colitis), or if you have kidney disease. Not for children under 12. Discuss with your health practitioner if you have acute health concerns. Do not use Laxaherb (or any laxative) if abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are prestent. If you have any kind of adverse effects to any of the products in the Herbal D-Tox Program, discontinue taking them and consult your health care practioner.
I've done other detox programs before but usually a 7 day one. Usually, I hate to admit it, I'm just dying for it to be over and I'm right back into the carbs within a day or so. The advantage of a 12 day program is that you have longer to feel the benefits of the program before it's over so I found that when it was, I simply kept eating the same without even really thinking about it.

Wild Rose Herbal Detox
I tried this product a few years back on the advice of a local health food store clerk.
I wasn't having any great difficulties but, as a fitness enthusiast, I was looking for a healthy way to get away from a few extra pounds and a tendency to feel bloated and sluggish occassionally. My goal was to lose about 10 pounds and just get a bit more spring in my step than my diet at the time was giving me.
I went on the 12 day program as an experiment and was very impressed with the results. With a combination of the recommended diet, the supplement package and an almost negligible increase in aerobic exercise I overshot my weight loss goal by another 10 pounds and felt terrific.
Also, I found that the dietary restrictions are not bad at all if one normally is eating a relatively clean diet (I only had to skip two 'cheat days').
I've just started the Detox again for no specific reason other than how good it felt before and am looking forward to sprinting through the rest of my summer with a clear head (among other parts) as a result.

Feeling Great
I have been trying to lose weight for years and a friend told me to try a Wild Rose Herbal D-Tox first before going on a diet plan. I put it off for months but finally decided to give it a try. I am now on Day 9 and feel great I haven't had any unpleasant symtems but had to stay close to the washroom for a few days. I find eating out is the biggest challenge. What an eye opener as to what junk they put in our prepared foods. Can you tell me why a can of soup needs sugar and yeast. What an awesome suprise to get on the scale this morning and see that I am down 7 pounds without really trying. I have never lost that much weight that quickly before. To the gal that is looking for something to eat in the mornings I eat a couple of plain rice cakes with almond butter, I have even squashed a couple of fresh berries on top of that, add a peach and your full.

Excellent
I'll be honest, I've lived a fairly toxic life in my 29 years. But I do generally try to eat healthy throughout the week, but when I'm on the road doing shows or locked into a studio for weeks it's pretty easy to start eating poorly.
I'm on day 6 of this cleanse and today I feel AMAZING. I don't think I've ever felt so good! I'm losing weight though (in my case I don't really need to lose much). One of the drawbacks is the first day or two of running to the loo constantly. Yesterday I felt awful as well, but suddenly today... it's amazing, and I'm only half way through it!

Heral D-Tox 12 Day Program
I am a 48 year old female, on no medications, and completely healthy. I heard about the great energy boosting properties of the program. I have followed the program closely, except for reducing the laxaherb to one capsule twice a day. I did fine until Day 8. I have not experienced any energy boost, although I have lost about 5 lbs., and last night had a severe attack of abdominal pain and nausea, lasting 20-30 mins. I consulted my doctor who told me to immediately discontinue the program as it is very irritating to the bowel and can cause diverticulitis, which may have to be treated with antibiotics if the attacks continue. I have discontinued the program, and do not advise anyone to subject themselves to the possible long lasting detrimental side effects that comes with severe bowel irritation.

The goodness of clean
I am on my third Wild Rose Herbal detox, I try to do one once a year. The first time I decided to do the detox. I was living such an unhealthy life. Eating a sporadic and unhealthy diet, fast and lacking in nutrients. I was overworking and over-'socializing'. This all lead to an iron deficiency and the outbreak of a wart virus growing on my legs!! a friend recommended the detox and by the tenth day I felt great and the warts had completely dissapeared!!! the first time was difficult, food cravings were hard and I did cheat a bit but I made it through, with excellent results.
Now when I detox I don't stick anything that isn't natural, clean and simple in my mouth. We should always eat this way simple and pure like nature intended.

Also Recommended: take advantage of the slow re-introduction of different foods into the diet to learn about your body's responses. You can find food items that cause you digestive upset or even skin problems and eliminate them from your diet, if you choose!
First Timer
I'm a first timer at the 'Cleanse' thing and did a lot of google searches to find out what to buy. I have to say that I'm just at the end of Day 3 and have been feeling great on this. I seemed to have to stay close to the biff on the first 2 days but not today! I have loads of energy and even lost 5 pounds since I started. I'm still working out this diet thing and have to try to get more creative with my meals. All in all, so far, so good!

A real eye opener .....
This was my first experience with a cleanse or de-tox of any kind - this one was recommended by a friend, so I tried it and was amazed at how great I felt during and after and have made many changes in how and what I eat and drink - a real eye opener as to what just a few changes can do for overall health - I highly recommend your products - it has certainly changed my life!

Breakfast Idea
I just finished this. It was really good. Didn't experience the "running to the bathroom" effect, but I was very regular prior to the cleanse. I typically cleanse twice a year, but this is the first time using this product. I recommend it. I lost more than 5 pounds, but that wasn't my primary intention. The hardest part for me was to remove milk/dairy from the diet, because I love milk. Oh - and beer/wine/vodka. But, for only twelve days and a huge increase in energy, I live without these things.
I had some milk this morning...
As for a breakfast idea, try oatmeal - the slow cook type. When the water is just boiled, throw in half an apple (cored, skinned, and cut into small pieces for a faster boil) and the oats. After about ten minutes (stirred a few times during the ten minutes), add some cinnamon. Cut up some strawberries in to smaller bits and add some rasberries. Delicious. Have a glass of water with it and a green tea and your laughing for the whole morning.
Another idea is adding Tahini to chicken or vegies. It's awesome.
I'll do this cleanse again at the end of March/early April - just in time for Spring to start.
Standard.

what to eat
Dear Zooscape,
I recommend Quinoa(keen no ah)for breakfast- u can make it like a hot cereal (like oatmeal) either use flakes or the little teeny beads (that's what i call them) i put ginger syrup, cinnamon and raisins in and it's fantastic!! i like it even better than oatmeal, fills you up, good for you.
Am just going to start with this product line so am looking forward to the results -thank you all for sharing your successes
