Description
This unique herbal formula has been prepared with a selection of premium quality herbs that work together to maintain a healthy respiratory system and provide effective lung support. Tannins in Agrimony help to tone mucous membranes while Common Ivy relieves bronchial spasms and has an expectorant action, helping to bring up phlegm. Mullein Flower is said to be an excellent antispasmodic and expectorant, clearing congestion as it soothes throat and bronchial irritation. Inflammation of the respiratory passages and bronchial congestion can be further soothed with Mallow Leaf, and Poppy Flower. Coltsfoot Leaf is an excellent expectorant and respiratory tonic and also has anti-spasmodic properties.

Directions
Fresh drawn, boiling water contains the most oxygen, thereby giving the fullest taste to tea. Water that has been boiling for some time looses the oxygen and thereby the best taste.
Allow full expansion during the infusion and easy removal after the time for steeping has elapsed.
Draw into a tea pot or kettle the best fresh water that you have available.
Warm the teapot and cups while the water is boiling.
As Agrimony is astringent, it should not be taken if constipated.
While the quantity of Coltsfoot Leaf is safe in B-R Formula, this herb may be hard on the liver, if consumed in high doses regularily, so don't take the herb if you have a history of liver disease or alcohol abuse. Similarly, if you take a lot of medications, avoid the herb so as not to stress the liver.
