| | Description
Coenzyme Q10 is also called `Co Q10', and sometimes `Ubiquinone' because it is ubiquitously found in whole natural foods. It is a natural vitamin-like compound that is indispensable to the process of energy production at the cellular level.
Depletion of Co Q10 can develop in the aging process, and is associated with failing heart function, failing immune performance, and failing liver adequacy. Co Q10 is also an important antioxidant that helps to scavenge oxygen-free- radicals at the cellular level, protecting cells from the dangerous and dark side of oxygen. Co Q10 also works well with Vitamin E and other antioxidants.

I want to know if this product contain with Vitamin E.
Thanks, | | | | | | | | ZooScape Moderator - May 18, 2006, 11:45 | #10001391 | | | | | | | | This particular Co-enzyme Q10 product does not contain Vitamin E.
If you are looking for one product that does contain both ingredients, may I suggest CoQ10 30 mg with Vitamin E 400 IU by Webber. This particular product does contain both 30mg of Co-enzyme Q10 and 400 IU of Vitamin E. Studies have shown that supplementing your diet with both Vitamin E and Co-enzyme Q10 does significantly enhance the anti-inflammatory effect of Vitamin E. However, it is not necessary to take Vitamin E along with Co-enzyme Q10.
Coenzyme Q10 is an essential nutrient that supplies the biochemical 'spark' that creates cellular energy. CoQ10, a complex organic compound also know as ubiquinone, is produced naturally in all plants and animals. The ability of the human body to manufacture its own CoQ10 can decrease with age. Without it, muscles, nerve impulses and body organ activities may slow down. CoQ10 from a Japanese Vegetable Source is recommended for cardiovascular health, aging, infections, periodontal disease and increased energy levels.
| | Directions
The recommended daily intake is 30 to 120 milligrams, depending on your age and health status. | | Ingredients
Co-Enzyme Q-10 - 30 mg | | Cautions
CoQ10 has an adverse drug interaction with coumadin (Warfarin) possibly reducing its effectiveness leading to unwanted blood clotting. If you are currently on both coumadin and CoQ10, do not suddenly stop either treatment but alert your physician for consultation. | | Additional Information
Herb-Xtra is committed to the manufacture of high quality, standardized and guaranteed natural health products and supplements. | | | Share Your Review!
