"Your product did NOT help me at all. In fact, I gained weight rather than lost. I followed the directions closely and had a healthier diet and excercised. I did not lose a pound! I would recommend that no one else buys this product.

TonalinTM (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring free fatty acid found in small amounts in certain foods, such as meat and dairy products. Many scientists feel that the current level of CLA in the diet is inadequate and that supplementation may offer certain health benefits. Specifically, research has focused on the role of CLA in facilitating weight loss. In a pilot study conducted at the University of Wisconsin Food Research Institute, subjects experienced a 20% reduction in body fat and an increase in lean muscle after 3 months of treatment with CLA. It is believed that the benefits of CLA are due to its ability to inhibit lipoprotein lipase, an enzyme that breaks down fat globules in the blood. This prevents adipocyte (fat cell) uptake and fat deposition. CLA is well tolerated and there are no known side effects or drug interactions.
Advantra-ZTM (Citrus aurantium)
Advantra-Z is a natural herbal extract containing the essential oils of the "Seville" orange fruit (Citrus aurantium), which act as a digestive stimulant. In clinical studies Advantra-Z was found to exhibit a powerful thermogenic effect, acting to increase resting metabolic rate, or the rate at which calories are burned. Unlike ephedrine, Advantra-Z works primarily at the beta-3 receptors and therefore is not associated with undesirable side effects on heart rate, blood pressure or nervous system. Advantra-Z is the only patent-pending brand of Citrus aurantium extract available.
Green Tea (Camellia sinensis)
Recent clinical research has revealed many health benefits in consuming green tea. It is a potent antioxidant, and has been found to improve digestion and is believed to help lower cholesterol. Green tea is also a valuable natural source of caffeine, a known thermogenic substance. Combined with Advantra-Z, green tea will offer a synergistic calorie-burning effect, making it a sensible addition to a weight loss formula. Green tea is a safe food substance and has not been associated with any side effects or toxicity. St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum)

Unlike many prescription products for the same purpose, St. John's Wort is very well tolerated. Side effects are minimal but may include photosensitivity and mild upset stomach.
Trim-ZymeTM Enzyme Blend
Trim Zyme is a special blend of enzymes (Protease, Lipase, Amylase, and Cellulase) that work to enhance food breakdown and assimilation. Enzymes are essential to proper digestion and may play a role in weight management. It has been suggested that weight gain and overeating may be triggered by the body's perceived lack of calories or nutrients. Therefore, by improving digestion of nutrients, enzymes may help to promote satiety (feeling of fullness) and reduce food intake.

Lipoic Acid

Weight gain and resistant weight loss has been associated with conditions of chronically high insulin levels since one of the main actions of insulin is to promote the storage of fat. Awful Product 
Your product did NOT help me at all. In fact, I gained weight rather than lost. I followed the directions closely and had a healthier diet and excercised. I did not lose a pound! I would recommend that no one else buys this product.

Great Stuff!!! 
With some moderations in my diet. I found Trim Fit to almost immediately shed pounds. I lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks, with no other side effects that I know of. I don't think it was a placebic effect as I started taking them with no expectations.
