Action:

- Antiplatelet: action of ASA is due to its prevention of the synthesis of thromboxane A2 in the platelet. Thromboxane A2 is responsible for the aggregating properties of the platelets

Directions
Adult and Children 12 years and older: Take 1 or 2 tablets withwater, every 4 hours up to 12 tablets daily. It is hazardous to exceed themaximum recommended dose unless advised by a physician. Consult aphysician if the underlying condition requires continued use for more than5 days.

Ingredients
Medicinal Ingredient: Each Tablet Contains 325 mg of Acetylsalicylic acid.
Non-Medicinal Ingredient: Corn starch, Microcrystaline Cellulose and Sodium Lauryl Sulphate.

Cautions
This package contains enough drug to seriously harm a child. Keep out of reach of children.
Children and teenagers should not use this medicine if they have chicken pox or flu symptoms before a doctor is consulted about Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious illness. Consult a physician before taking this product during the last 3 months of pregnancy, while nursing, or if the underlying condition requires continued use for more than five days.
If poisoning occurs, even if there are no symptoms, call a Poison Control Centre or a doctor immediately. Read inside carton for important additional information.
This Product is not a standard dosage unit.
Potential Interactions:
- persons receiving anticoagulant drugs; with sever anemia; with gastrointestinal ulcers; sensitive to any of the ingredients; with a history of blood coagulation defects
