Begin drinking tea in small amounts and gradually increase the amount to suit your needs. We suggest you first pour 2 cups of boiling water over 1 tea bag and cover for 2-3 minutes. Drink hot or cold after your meals and in the morning or evening. You can dilute your tea with more water if desired. Gradually increase your tea strength after one week by pouring 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tea bag. Drink 1 cup after each meal with a maximum of 3 cups per day.
Not recommended for use by the elderly, children or during pregnancy. Also this product contains Senna. Read And Follow directions Carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea. Helps with gas
I don't really know if it helps with weight loss, but since I changed my eating and have been following weight watchers for 2 1/2 years, I have been having a lot of gas, the tea has helped a lot, a lot a lot, and I must say my insides feel much better. I have also lost 66 lbs.

Body Balance Dieter Tea
I have a lot of trouble with constipation especially when I am away from home. This tea is a wonderful solution for that, it is great tasting....just like a good cup of tea, but not harsh like laxatives.

This is the most effective tea against constipation
I suffer from constipation. I have tried many different (non-natural)remedies unsuccessfully. However I have found Body Balance Original Tea to be very effective. I suggest this tea to anyone that has my same problem.
