Internal Usage: As an herbal dietary supplement, take 1 softgel 1-2 times daily, with meals.
External Usage: Pierce capsule with a sterilized needle and squeeze out oil of oregano. Apply the oil, mixed with almond oil (or a carrier oil of your choice) to the chest region when suffering from coughs and colds.
Other Ingredients: gelatin, extra virgin olive oil, glycerin, HMCP (Cellulose polymer), water, carob.
